That’s always been my motivation. Change can come in many forms – by mentoring, motivating, inspiring, and supporting the growth of others.
Being naturally curious and wanting to understand how pretty much everything works has taught me that everything we see and do is in constant evolution. And to move forward successfully, we sometimes need to take things apart before we can rebuild them better.
I help shape brands and departments, transform perceptions, and break down barriers by creating impactful experiences that inspire and empower.
I’m also deeply passionate about finding sustainable, innovative solutions that improve life for minorities and help neurodivergent communities navigate an increasingly complex world.
I’m a seasoned creative with 25 years of experience in concept development and art direction for global brands – including 8 years in Amsterdam working on international campaigns for some of the world’s biggest names.
I bring a blend of traditional and digital thinking, mixed with a curious and slightly anarchistic mindset. I’ve played a leading role in building three fully integrated agencies, and I’m known for combining high standards and clear communication with a collaborative, ego-free approach.
Accomplishments

Scaled the creative team at VML Copenhagen from 4 to 62 people, while transforming the department into a fully integrated, end-to-end offering.
Mentored and empowered a strong middle management layer, fostering leadership and continuity within the creative team.
Led the cultural shift at VML Copenhagen, evolving the environment from corporate to collaborative, creative, and people-driven.
Created internationally recognized digital work for global brands including European Union, Dell Technologies, Canon, Maersk, Sony Ericsson, Pampers and more, for work focused on experience, innovation, design, and creative excellence.
